By registering for our courses, you provide your implied consent for us to collect and use your data for the purposes listed above. We do not sell or rent student data. We only disclose your information to:

• ICBC: To report course completions and verify licence status.
• Service Providers: Third-party tools used for scheduling or payment processing (e.g., Stripe, Square), provided they also comply with PIPA.
• Legal Authorities: When required by law.
• SMS Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data Retention and Security

Retention: Per BC provincial regulations, we are required to maintain certain student records (including training history) for a minimum of 7 years. Once the retention period expires, data is securely shredded or permanently deleted.

Security: We employ administrative, physical, and technical safeguards (such as encrypted servers and locked filing cabinets) to protect your data from unauthorized access or theft.
